From first call to a live site, coat by coat

Six steps, with a clear line between what you do and what we do. The build takes up to 14 days from the day we have your content.

  1. Book the call

    You and us

    A short call about your business: the services you offer, the areas you cover, who your customers are and what photos you already have.

    We tell you what the site would include and confirm the price in writing. If the plan isn’t right for you, we say so.

  2. Send your content

    You

    You get the content checklist below. Answer it in your own words, even as rough notes, and send photos straight from your phone.

    The 14-day build period starts when we have everything on the list. If anything is missing we tell you what, quickly.

  3. We build the site

    Us

    We lay out your pages, set up the quote form with questions for your kind of work, write alt text for your photos and set the page titles and descriptions.

    Your site is ready to review within 14 days of us receiving your content.

  4. Review it on your phone

    You

    We send you a private preview link. Check it the way a customer would: on your phone, looking for your services, your areas and the quote button.

    Send us anything that is wrong or missing, and we fix it before launch.

  5. Go live

    Us, with your domain access

    We point your domain at the new site, switch the quote form on and send a test enquiry to make sure it reaches you.

    Your 12-month minimum term starts on the day the site goes live.

  6. Keep it up to date

    You send, we change

    Send up to 5 content edits a month: new photos, a changed price, an added suburb.

    Each month you get a report of the enquiries your website received.

After launch

Your site doesn't get built and forgotten. Each month you can send up to 5 content edits, and you get a report of the enquiries it received. When your business changes, the site changes with it.

After the 12-month minimum term the plan continues month to month. Details are in the plan terms, and the costs are on pricing.

  • A "now booking for" line when your calendar fills up
  • A new suburb when you start working further out
  • Reviews customers have agreed you can quote
